Gales of November

When driving north on Highway 61 in Minnesota, as soon as you pass through Duluth and catch the first glimpse of Lake Superior and are officially on the North Shore, the smell of the trees hits you and the enormity of the Lake takes hold.  If you are lucky enough to make this trip in November, you might get to experience the Gales.  The Gales are giant waves that crash against the rocky shoreline, filling your lungs with the crisp, cold, wet Lake Superior air (and maybe spraying you with water in the process.) This soap pays tribute to these waves - the same waves that destroyed many ships and took many lives.  This soap is an homage to their dark, deep, character.
